Department of legal support and security services

The Department of Legal Support and Security Services is a joint structural unit that provides legal protection of the interests of the university, compliance with legislation in its activities, as well as protection of the life, health and property of students, staff and guests of the university.
The department's functions include: legal support for all areas of the university's activities, advising the administration and structural divisions, organizing contractual work, ensuring internal and external security, as well as monitoring compliance with anti-corruption and fire protection policies.

Ensuring legal stability and a safe educational environment at the university through effective legal support and systematic implementation of labor protection, law enforcement and protection of the interests of all participants in the educational process.

The creation of the university as a human rights-protected, open and safe environment in which laws are respected, individual rights and freedoms are respected, and sustainable development is ensured in accordance with national and international legislation.
STRATEGIC GOAL
Formation of a comprehensive system of legal support and internal security capable of effectively preventing legal risks, protecting the interests of the university and providing safe conditions for educational and scientific activities.
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
1. Legal support of the university's activities
- Preparation and legal examination of contracts, orders, orders and other internal acts;
- Protection of the legal interests of the university in the courts, state and regulatory authorities.
2. Consulting and legal support of structural divisions
- Ensuring the legal literacy of managers and employees;
- Conducting explanatory work on labor, educational, property and other legal issues.
3. Legal prevention and internal compliance
- Crime prevention through risk analysis and legal assessment of procedures;
- Monitoring the compliance of the university's activities with the current legislation and internal regulations.
4. Organization of the Internal Security Service
- Access control to the university grounds;
- Protection of public order, property, technical and information resources;
- Cooperation with law enforcement and emergency services.
5. Ensuring fire, anti-terrorist and information security
- Conducting briefings, training sessions, and security system health checks;
- Provision of video surveillance, alarm systems, building security and computer infrastructure.
6. Development and implementation of anti-corruption policy
- Conducting official investigations if there are signs of violations;
- Creating conditions for transparency in personnel, financial and educational processes;
- Anonymous channels for complaints about corruption.
7. Legal and ethical educational work
- Organization of seminars and trainings on legal literacy and security issues;
- Interaction with students on issues of legal culture, behavior and human rights.
