The Department of Design, Media, and Communication is an academic, scientific, and administrative division of the university. It implements professional higher education programs and provides training in accordance with state educational standards for higher education in the relevant fields of study at EMU.

The Department of Design, Media, and Communication aims to equip students with knowledge, develop their project-oriented thinking, and empower them to create their own projects in the fields of design, advertising, media, education, and tourism.
