The Pirogov Interactive Table

The Pirogov Interactive Table

The Eurasian International University is equipped with one of only three Pirogov interactive tables available in Kyrgyzstan — a unique high-tech educational tool that opens new horizons in training future healthcare professionals.

With access to over 4,000 3D anatomical models, students can explore the human body at a 1:1 scale, examine organs, tissues, and systems in detail, rotate and zoom in on structures using intuitive gesture controls. The touchscreen panel supports up to 40 simultaneous touches with minimal latency (7–13 ms) and high precision (up to 0.5 mm), and it can recognize movements even before direct contact with the screen. Users can interact with the display while wearing gloves, and the durable tempered glass surface provides high resistance to damage.

The system features a user-friendly interface that allows convenient manipulation of more than 2,000 models organized into over 10 anatomical layers. The learning process is structured around four core modes: viewing, comparison, diagnostics, and knowledge testing.

  • Viewing mode offers access to 12 levels of anatomical detail along with explanatory notes.

  • Comparison mode enables side-by-side analysis of paired organs, normal and pathological conditions.

  • Diagnostics mode includes real clinical data such as CT, MRI, and ultrasound images, as well as over 100 typical pathologies.

  • Knowledge testing mode allows instructors to create custom tests linked to 3D models, with the option to use visual 3D responses.

The Pirogov interactive table is a modern educational solution that makes learning highly visual, engaging, and clinically relevant. It is ideally suited for studying anatomy, physiology, pathology, and other natural science disciplines.
