EMU Strengthens International Scientific and Educational Cooperation within the SCO Framework
On June 8–9, 2025, the Forum on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Member States and the official launch of the 4th Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition were held in Qingdao, Shandong Province, People’s Republic of China.
Eurasian International University was represented at the high-level event by Vice-Rector for Academic and Research Affairs, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor Baktygul Kochkorbaevna Ernazarova.
The program included a Youth Innovation Forum, an exhibition of scientific and technological achievements of universities, and panel discussions on the development of joint educational and research projects, including the training of qualified specialists.
During the forum, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Eurasian International University and the SCO Member States' China Center for Technology Transfer. The agreement aims to deepen and expand cooperation between the parties, fostering collaboration among scientific groups, laboratories, and research centers.
The signed memorandum lays a solid foundation for further collaboration in science, innovation, and education, while also opening up new opportunities for youth initiatives within the SCO framework.
