World Philosophy Day in EIU

The Eurasian International University celebrated World Philosophy Day. The event was attended by the university administration, faculty members, and students. As part of the program, a book exhibition was organized featuring scientific and educational works on philosophy, poetry collections, and philosophical journals authored by the EIUs rector, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Zh.B. Bököshev.

At the opening of the event, Prof. Zh.B. Bököshev congratulated the participants, students, and all reflective individuals on the occasion, sharing his thoughts about Philosophy Day and philosophy in general. The honorary guest, Rector of the International Medical University, S.Sh. Sydykov, also congratulated everyone present—especially philosophers—praised the works of Prof. Bököshev, and wished him further success.

Additionally, as part of the celebration, the “Akyl” Philosophy Club was officially inaugurated at the EIU. The club is aimed at fostering close collaboration with faculty and students interested in philosophy and at organizing discussions, seminars, lectures, debates, and other intellectual activities.
