Accounting Department

The Accounting Department is a structural unit that ensures the financial stability and transparency of all economic and financial operations within the educational institution. Its activities are aimed at the effective management of financial resources, strict accounting of income and expenses, and the timely submission of reports in accordance with legislation.
Mission:
To establish a reliable and transparent accounting system that supports the sustainable development of the university, rational use of funds, and the fulfillment of educational, research, and infrastructure objectives.
Main Tasks:
- Maintaining accounting and tax records in full compliance with current regulations.
- Preparing and submitting financial, tax, and statistical reports within established deadlines.
- Recording and monitoring the targeted use of budgetary and extra-budgetary funds.
- Managing payroll, scholarships, business trip reimbursements, and other payments.
- Organizing and controlling document flow, storage of primary documents, and other accounting data.
- Participating in the formation of the university’s income and expenditure budget and monitoring its execution.
- Cooperating with government authorities, auditors, and external inspection bodies.
- Ensuring transparency of financial information for university leadership and other stakeholders.
