The scientific library dates back to the formation of the Eurasian International Medical University (EIMU). Being an integral part of the information environment of the university, its resource, communication and socio-cultural center, it is designed to promote the development and provision of educational and research processes of the university, in the training of highly qualified specialists and humanization of education through all forms and methods of library, bibliographic and information activities ... Acts on the basis of the Charter of the International Medical University and the Regulations on the Scientific Library of the Eurasian International Medical University. The purpose of the library is to provide the user (reader) with access to the documents and data he needs, regardless of the form in which they are presented, where they are stored, and at what time of day they will be in demand.
Priority tasks:
Formation of information resources in accordance with the educational program and scientific activities of the university, interacting with educational and research units.
Development of the library as an information and resource center, providing the educational process and the development of science with high-quality information, expanding user services based on new information technologies, creating a comfortable environment for research and educational activities of the university.
Creation and development of the university's own information resources in both traditional (print) and digital formats.
Establishing relations with various republican, international organizations and NTI communities, maintaining relations on the principles of equal partnership.
Organization of access to licensed international electronic resources, information support of education and scientific research in round-the-clock online mode.
Promoting the development of the information culture of the individual, assisting in the formation of the research competence of students and teachers.
Transition to an innovative way of development, achievement of leading positions in the library and information community.
The library fund covers all areas of science and comprises 5000 units of storage of traditional publications and 5000 units of digital editions. Consists of teaching aids and textbooks for each discipline of the curriculum of all specialties in Kyrgyz, Russian and English.

There are e-books, teaching materials for the specialty general medicine, dentistry, pharmacy and general medicine with English as the language of instruction.
