The Department of Information Technology and Technical Support is a key department of the university that ensures the stable operation of the IT infrastructure, technical support for the educational process and administrative activities, as well as the development of digital solutions in the educational and management environment.
The department provides support for all information systems of the university, maintenance of server and computer equipment, networks, video surveillance systems and multimedia tools, as well as the introduction of new digital technologies and educational platforms.

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
1. Support and development of the University's IT infrastructure
- Ensuring uninterrupted operation of servers, computer equipment, networks and software;
- Updating the technical base and data storage systems.
2. Implementation of modern digital solutions in educational and administrative processes
- Maintenance and development of information systems (electronic magazine, LMS, CRM, etc.);
- Support for online learning and multimedia technologies in classrooms.
3. Cybersecurity and data protection
- Ensuring the security of IT systems and information resources;
- Development of a policy on personal data protection and digital ethics.
4. Technical support for users
- IT and equipment support for teachers, staff, and students;
- Quick response to technical problems and requests.
5. Digitalization of document management and automation of processes
- Implementation of electronic document management, digital signature and automation systems for internal processes;
- Reducing paperwork and improving the efficiency of departments.
6. Development of human resources and IT competencies of staff
- Conducting training seminars, trainings and consultations on the use of ICT;
- Support for digital literacy of teachers and students.
7. Innovation and integration of new technologies
- Study and implementation of promising solutions: cloud technologies, big data, AI, Internet of Things (IoT);
- Participation in projects on digital transformation of education.
