Holi celebration in EIU!
International students celebrated the Holi Spring Festival. The celebration took place on March 9, when the weather was warm and they had the opportunity to shower each other with colourful colors in accordance with Indian traditions.
Holi Festival is the most colorful and colorful holiday in India. Indians throw it in honor of the beginning of spring and the awakening of nature. During the festival, the participants sing and dance, splash each other with colorful colors and pour colored water. It is believed that the more heavily covered clothes paint, the more good wishes are sent to the person.
