A meeting of the administrative and managerial staff of the Eurasian International Medical University was held with representatives of Pakistan students Federation on May 17, 2021. The meeting was organized by the Rector E.Saliev, Vice-rector B. Osmonov, Dean of the Faculty Z. Abdubayetova, Contractor of students from Pakistan Ihsan Ali and students of the 3rd and 4th semesters. The Agenda of the meeting was the issue of the upcoming summer session and admission to the exams of the State Attestation Commission. The main problem was the issue of tuition fees for students and their relationship with their Contractor. Due to wrong understanding between the contractor and the students on payment issues, some students will be not admitted to the exams. On this issue, the Rector suggested that the Dean's office, students and Contractor Ihsan Ali should elaborate together an appropriate decision on admission for those students who actually paid their dues to contractor (if there are an approvals, receipt etc.)

The issue of paying for repeated courses for those students who failed to pass the exams for the previous semester due to the pandemic, the lack of stable operation of bank transfers and inconsistency of financial relations between the contractor and the students was also raised during the meeting. According to the Agreement between EIMU and Contractor the university does not interfere in the financial relations between the Contractor and the students, but the university administration nevertheless decided to meet the students concerns and reconsider the payment for repeated courses.
